We Had multiple patients needing assistance, and 2 patients needing to be admitted to medsurg, back to back. Tracy was very helpful in helping get the patients to their rooms on medsurg, as well as being very understanding of how busy the ED was and how quickly we needed to move these patients out to make room for more that were waiting.
